The cost of the 9 mm laminate was approx. $1500, and I paid approx. $175 for the tile. Installation cost approx. $3000 for the flooring. My estimate for carpet and linoleum was roughly 60% of what I paid for the laminate and tile, including installation.
The paint was interior -- I purchased the paint -- at Walmart (consumer reports best buy), and hired a contractor to do the painting -- total cost of labor $2500.
