I have a client moving to Columbus GA. I will service him if he insists on commuting with me, but my guess (and my recommendation) is he will seek local help.

He will have both Alabama and Georgia income. If anyone practices in this geographical area, please send a private message with your contact information and I'll pass it on.

In fact I do as many Georgia returns as Alabama returns, since most work in Georgia
and live in Alabama. But of course many Georgia residents too.

As an aside, I go to work on Alabama time, but come home on Georgia time;
AND still fly the Georgia flag outside my house here in 'Bama.

By all means keep the client if you can, but many times people do need local help,
and I always give a referral when one is moving, just in case.
