    Copyright Issues- Brad or Paul

My question I think is simple and probably this goes without saying but......

When we give responses on this forum is it OK with you guys if we quote The Tax Book?
So long as we acknowledge The Tax Book as our source.

I just always felt a little uneasy quoting the book because I was not sure how you all felt about that.

Up to this point I have usually just referred to the page # but sometimes it would be nice to provide the question seeker with a little more information.

Thanks and keep up the good work you two.

It is OK to quote text from TheTaxBook when answering questions on this message board. It is also OK to photocopy a page or two of the book or print from the WebCD to give to your tax clients when they have questions on various subjects.

You cannot, however, reproduce portions of the book or make copies of the WebCD so that multiple users can share the cost of one book. You also need written permission from Tax Materials, Inc. if you want to reproduce any portion of the book in another publication, such as a trade journal or seminar manual.
