General question:

Can a personal residence with a mortgage be transferred to a living trust and be held in the name of the trust?

Revocable Trust

If their is nothing in the mortgage documents that prohibit it and if the mortgagor agrees I would certainly think it could be done.........Whether it is in the grantor's best interest depends upon all the relevant facts.
