I have a newly form s-corperation and is drawing wages how is it reported? Will it be reported on a W-2 or a 1099 Miss.

I'm going to assume you mean the owner(s) is/are drawing wages through payroll and those amounts are taxed appropriately. That would be W-2.

If they're not having any $$ go through payroll (& taxed for FICA) you'll have a problem.

If you are not, you need to find one, QUICK! Don't try to handle this on your own, as you obviously don't have the knowledge.

If you are a tax pro get to reading!

        Naea

Bert, you need an enrolled agent to help you. Go to www.naea.org and put in your location and find an enrolled agent in your area.

They can give you all the help you need.
