Jog my short memory time span. If a fiscal tax year for filing a Form 990 is June 01, 2005 beginning and May 31, 2006 ending, What year IRS tax forms do I use?

You would use the 2005 form. Space on the form asking for the beginning and ending of the fiscal year.
