I try to look around and see where I can get the most benefit for my money. I look at the subjects. Last year I went to GAEA seminar and it was an excellent seminar and beautiful site to visit. I would love to go again but can't afford it this year.
I usually go to the FSEA seminar in June. That is a combination of subject and networking with other EA's.
I really enjoy NCPE's seminars but they are also expensive. Well, to us small people it is expensive.
I think the IRS forum is a good source of CPE credits. You do have to pick the sessions you go to. After a while, you can look at who the lecturer is and know if it will be good or not. But it is reasonable for me because I don't have to travel far to go.
I will look into some online this year if I need more credits.
Anyone know when there are some classes in Michigan. My mom wants to go up there in June. If I could get a class in while I was there it would be nice.
