Need to clarify the time limitations for filing form 2553 for S Corp election: Corporation was started on 1/29/2007 as a standard C corp. If we file form 2553 tomorrow (4/20/2007) are we still in the window of timely filing or do we need to consider one of the "relief for late S election" options? Thanks in advance.

When all else fails,
read the instructions, particular example 1 on page 1 which speaks of a corporation
formed Jan 7th. March 21st is it's final date for timely election.ChEAr$,
