    S-Corp Health Insurance Premiums

I am just starting to get a little familiar with S-Corp returns. I have a client who is a single shareholder owner of an S-Corp in Minnesota. I am curious if he should be paying his health insurance premiums out of the corporation's checkbook. Where would this deduction be reported on the 1120S?

Or should he pay for the premiums out of his personal checkbook? Will it then get to the front page of the 1040?

    Thank you!

Only if insurance policy in corp. name.

No, no deduction in this case.
