    Leasehold Improvements

How do you deal with leasehold Improvements, being depreciated over 39 years, when the lessee relocates after just 5 years.

      concur

As previously stated, what ever leasehold improvements that have not been written off through your annual depreciation, can be written off in the year the lease is terminated.

New location, you would start over with new costs of leasehold improvements at the new location.
