    K-1 Medical Insurance

    1120 s k-1 box 17 Code T medical insurance premiums for more than 2% shareholder can
    be deducted on front page of 1040 if shareholder rec'd w-2 from this corp? Is this correct?

      Yes, provided the health insurance is in the name of the business.
