    CA Efile ?

    I tried to efile a CA NR with 1099 withholding. It was rejected. Can I send in a paper return with the signed CA EFile Authorization form, oR do I have to get the client to sign the return?

      That is unusual

      Almost all efiles are accepted by CA, what was your rejection code??

      If it won't efile, I am going to say the 540NR has to be signed, they won't accept the efile signature form.
