Well Texas has no state income tax, so that leaves you with Virginia.

Sandy these are for a set of in-laws of my Tennessee customers who have not yet filed their 1040s. I'm afraid if they can't find someone to file an extension for them, they will resort to Turbotax. One of them already thinks he knows everything.
