... I have a NJ client that became a partial owner of 2 NJ corporations and 2 NY corporations. In doing his NJ 1040> do those NJ forms that relate to corporations need to be completed. (I'm not talking about the corporate tax returns). For form NJEFK1 It says " If required" but I can't find if they are required or not. Help...????
