How do I list the closing costs on purchased of Second home, first home is waiting to be sold.
Interest on morgage, and taxes not a problem, but wondering about
Appraiser fee, flood cert's., title search, document preparation, notary fees, title insurance, recording fees, city county, state tax stamps.
