    Hurrican damage in Naples

    FL, happenned in 2005, but not assessed to condo owners until 2006. I think it was Wilma, were any of the 2005 Fl ones exempt from the 10% AGI offset?????

      Wilma was exempt from the 10% requirement among other things. Go to IRS website, type in Wilma in search and you will have more info about hurricane relief than you ever wanted to know.
