Most horse riding lesson businesses also include boarding, training and care of horses...boarding and care of livestock falls under farming regardless of which schedule you choose to file it under (c or f). Please realize that one business can have activities that fall under Schedule C and F and you have to choose which schedule fits your purpose best or which activity results in the majority of the net income.
I believe we have agreed this is not single purpose agricultural structure as there is nothing unique to the building that would lend it to being solely used for horses.
If outdoor arena ie footing only ...l concur 15 years with the fencing at 7 years (if fenced).
