Where Have You Gone, Luis Mopeo?

Nothin' personal, but we haven't heard from you in a week or so. Although brassy brashness and upstart impertinence may not always be appreciated, it is most certainly noticed and, occasionally, even missed.

C'mon back. You know lots'uh stuff and we need your sage submissions. You can play offense and I'll play defense.

Your truly, BB (aka Southern gentleman).

P.S. I liked the sound of that. Would you mind using it again sometime? Thanks.

    More Mopeo

I agree. Mopeo quickly established himself as a well-studied tax authority not afraid to post with conviction. Bart, he's a Yankee who would make a good hillbilly.

    C'mon back Mophead...

I'll bet you think just because we take the time to post here that we are not going through tax hell like every other tax preparer.

I would come back with somethin' snappy, but I'm not speakin' for two or three days or until I need the answer to another tax question -- whichever comes first.

I know. My doctor said that after a week or 10 days on medication, those things should start to go away.

I'm here. Just busy counting leeches and nightcrawlers for the bait shop/snack bar. You haven't been initiated til you've sorted through a mountain of receipts from a bait shop. Every single one covered with muck.

How did you know my given name was Luis Mopeofunkle? I shortened it.

I blame you. Are your parents still alive (it may not be too late to sue)?

P.S. You might be able to "get" Snag for callin' you Mophead -- turn him in to the SPCA or ACLU or, well, you know, whoever handles that kind of stuff (I'm not sure if there's a law against me callin' you Louie).

Where you been? Workin' probably, which I suppose is what all the rest of us on this thread really need to be doin'.
