Just verifying... Is there an energy credit available for the purchase of an Energy Star refrigerator?? I can't find it anywhere. Client is positive he saw it on TV that the credit is available to consumers for appliance purchases.

Is for the manufactuer only.In other words, a democratic government is the only one in which those who vote for a tax can escape the obligation to pay it.
