Been sued or NOT been sued? Yes or no?

Guess that's why polls are so unreliable--it's hard to get any participation. Yeah, I know, you're tired of hearing about it, but, as they say, if at first you don't succeed...

    Wv112 was #4 with a "NO." Snag was #5 with a "NO." I'm #6 with a "NO."

    Total Score: 3 - No / 2 - threatened / 1 - $20 million lawsuit (as company employee)

    never

I never been sued. Not because I never messed up. There's just never been nothing for anyone to take.

      No

I have not been sued nor threatened.

I believe we all make mistakes at one time or another because we are all human.

            Likewise

            No lawsuits or threats.

However, there have been a couple of instances (over 20 years) , that an error popped up and it was questionable as to whom or is it who, that might have erred (sp), the client or myself. To retain the client, I paid the interest, but not the penalty. End result everyone was happy.

              Me neither.

Active for twelve tax seasons. Never a suit or a threat.

I checked on E&O, they don't want to sell it to me because I get paid on a W-2. I work for another company, so they don't want to give me personal insurance. Anyone else have this problem?
