My client is a graphic designer. She has an employee. She is paid to create electronic images by her clients. The clients then use these images however they want. Is this creating within the scope of the definition for the production deduction.
That is a good question. Your client has to decide if she is manufacturing a tangible product, computer software, or is she providing a service. A service does not qualify.
