    Termination of a S Corp

    I have a client that wishes to terminate his S Corpoation ASAP. Does anyone have a good resource or checklist to make sure that I do this correctly for tax purposes?.......Sorry, this same client just called and wants to keep the company going, just wishes to no longer be a S Corporation.
