    Mixed Use Rental

    Is Depreciation allowable on mixed use rental property.

    I've prorated all other allowable expenses such as mortgage interest and property taxes plus a few other expenses.

    Computer does not enter prorated depreciation.

    There is a good example

    of the ordering rules for deductions on page 7-8 of TTB. Your software is probably doing this for you.
