    value of old stock

How do I find the value of Exxon and GM stocks inherited on Dec 15, 1992?
I know how to figure the splits, etc, but don't know how to get my beginning value from that date.
    Thanks!

    Historical prices

Go to finance.yahoo.com, enter the stock symbol to get quotes. On the left hand side of the page with the current quote is a link for historical prices. Click on that, enter the dates of interest and you will get your stock price.
