Grandma dies in Nov 06, because of medical expenses there is not any taxable income so that that is fine. Does Ohio have any estate or inheritence tax filings necessary. After the nursing home for a few years her total wealth at date of death is about $155,000 and the granddaughters are to get it. Is there any estate or other(income tax return will be filed) that needs to be done?
