Jainen started out quite rough but the point has been reached now where I believe he
is right on track. He stated a few posts ago that we should give advice. Well
my advice is to explain the rules to these people and if they won't comply and fast
the Walk Away Fast. They are educated and should know or be able to know the
rules.

I admire you Marget and know you will succeed. You will sleep well at night. I tell my clients don"t tell me what you dont want to include on your return. I am professionally bound to be honest with the IRS. Make sure you have a good engagement letter that each of your clients sign.
