    Energy Credit for Commercial Buildings

    I read, on page 8-6 and 8-7 of the TAXBOOK that there is an Energy Credit available for commercial buildings. Although it must meet rigid standards to receive the credit, I do not know which form to use ? 3800?.

    I have a client (1065 LLC) contructing a new medical building this year and would like to be able to take this credit, when the work is certified, but am not sure just how to go about it.

    Any help would be appreciated.
