This needs to be answered to give a proper response. Could be Schedule A, C, E, or F. Or maybe not deductible at all.

Welcome from me too. I, myself have problems to say clearly and to the point what I want to say or ask. What ticked me off was more the beginning: "I want to know...". Without beating around the bush...

I think I understand the question. Tax on Land or any other Real Estate is deductible on Schedule A without any qualifications.
However there are sometimes other options such as deducting it as an expense for Rental Property or as a business expense if the Land is used for business or Farm purposes.
Personal Property tax is also deductible on Schedule A.
