A daughter under 21 lives with single mother all year. Daughter is a student and has a baby. Daughter also has some earned income. Daughter has already filed return with another preparer for 2006. Not sure if she filed single or HOH. Included baby on her return I assume to get EIC money. Since daughter is under 24, a student and was living under mother's roof all year... I think mother is allowed to file HOH status irregardless of how daughter's preparer has prepared her return. Agree or disagee?
