Computershare Reporting Divs

Are they slow in reporting this year or is it just my clients?

Have several different clients with Walmart, Harley Davidson and Verizon which Computershare does the reporting and all have said they have not received a year end 1099-DIV. I can get amounts from theit December statement but I am not able to tell if the Divs are Qualified Divs or not.

I have some 1099-B's from computershare, but no 1099-DIV's, which in past years have come on a combined statement with both on one form.

I have seen 1099DIV's from Wal-Mart from Computershare.

It is attached to the most recent statement showing the shares purchased through payroll deductions. At least my client's was.
