We've had numerous discussions on office in home for an S Corp. I haven't seen one like this. The S corp shareholder rents an apt. and has corp's office in his home. (He doesn't own his home.) Can the S corp reimburse him for a portion of the apt. rent (along with utilities) under an accountable plan? The shareholder would not need to pick up rent reimbursement as income since he doesn't own the apt., correct?
