    This one may seem obvious, but wanted to bounce this off you guys. Client is divorced as of October 2006. Ex lived with her for most of the year. I am assuming that when figuring the "maintaining of the household", you have to take into account what the ex contributed while he was there? Your thoughts?

      Yes, I agree with you. 100% for last 3 months plus ??% for first 9 months = over 50%?
