    Calif Form 4803e

My question is on the above form, on page two, line 12, shouldn't you be able to answer yes to this question even if you answer yes to line 11? I'm using Lacerte and it seems to automatically default to N/A for line 12. My client was legally divorced by 12/31/06, so I answer yes to line 11, but her ex-spouse did live with her for a short time, so shouldn't I answer yes to line 12 also? Program will not allow it and there is no override that I can find yet. Or, am I missing something?

Just got off the phone with Lacerte tech support and they say that it is correct and should answer N/A. The later part of the question on line 12 seems to be defining what "legally married" is.
