Update on LLC and S election
Just wanted to update on this post. It took a while, but all of the paperwork was submitted to Philadelphia, and we just received a confirmation of the approval to be classified as a Partnership and revoke the S Election for the newly formed LLC in 2005 effective with the date the LLC was formed in Feb, 2005.
