Non-Profit Organization Venue Matter

I am in the process of forming a nonprofit organization that is going to deal with data theft and servicing websites. This organization may locate itself in a number of states, both on the East and West Coast, in which it has a nexus. We want to determine the best venue where we want to file incorporation documents.
