Do you know if the TN Child Welfare Stipend is taxable? I haven't been able to determine if it falls under the National Health Service Corp Program. I did find that our county is listed as a need county but I could not determine if this type stipend is part of that.
It is not all used for tuition, fees, books and supplies.
Of course, I realize this would have to meet other qualifications.
