Medical Reimbursement - C-Corp.

Have a Nevada C-Corp. 1 Stockholder/Officer/Employee/everything. Can this C-Corp reimburse Stockholder/Officer/Employee/everything for his and his family's medical expenses? Does anyone have a resolution form that will fly for this?

Medical Reimbursements

You need to have the C-Corporation set up a Medical Reimbursement Plan. You can do it with a corporate resolution recorded in the Corporate Minute Book. Sorry, I don't have a copy of one; but you might check with the attorney or organization that set up the corporation.

Believe I found a Sec 105 medical reimbursement format in the Regs for Sec 105.....Been a couple of years and don't recall the Reg cite but look in Sec 105 Regs
