    TaxBook CD

    My CD came while I was on a trip up north. I emailed Brad, called Customer service, and now turn to you guys.

    I installed the CD but get a message that the number of user have exceeded the permitted number. Have you experineced this and what did you do to remedy the situation.

    ... first to mention that problem on the board..... I 'm sure someone will answer you soon from TTB.

    May be you installed it twice??????

        Dumb me. I didn't disable the Firewall program on my computer before installing the CD.
        I knew better but I am just an old idiot.
        Joe at TaxBook straightened me out once again.
