    Practice returns

I have a new employee who has excellent tax preparation skills but who needs more practice getting used to our software. Does anyone know where I might be able to purchase a set of practice tax problems (with solutions for checking) for 2006 tax returns? Any help appreciated. THANKS!

    Give the ......

...... employee an already completed return from last year and work on last years tax program. Even though it is a fullly completed return it should still be a challange to her/him as starters. Create a new client ID so the old return is not touched in the program.

      Which software

I do not know which software your use, but if Drake, they have a whole set of tutorials, on line, to teach how to do returns.
Only in government or politics is a "cut in spending" really an increase. It's just not as much of an increase as they wanted it to be, therefore a "cut".

yep that is how I started out. When I first started working my employer told me to go through his clients and pick out tax returns to do. Not only helped me learn the tax software but also started my learning on taxes. I later went to H&R and took their tax prep class.
