    Some Vendors

    Try

http://www.1800imageone.com/ use for my client tax folders and various tax mailing envelopes - change of ownership this last year - so prices are increasing

http://www.taxtools.com/ haven't used, but seem reasonable

    Otherwise I use Staples -

Check with your Tax Software as they have usually set up a discount with a vendor.

        Office Supplies

Copier paper only from Sam's Club.

All other office supplies from Quill through the mail.

But, I am in a small community with a small printing/office supply store that has prices that are usually double those at Sam's and Quill.

I do give them my printing business, but can't justify anything else. They are not a client! They go to a competitor.

          I use Staples, mainly.

But Karftbilt has some neat stuff that I can't seem to find anywhere else.

            Taxaid

I get many of my supplies from TaxAid which was just bought by Tenenz.

For over 40 years thousands of Accounting and Tax firms like yours have taken advantage of our quest to provide the best quality products at can't be beat prices.
Only in government or politics is a "cut in spending" really an increase. It's just not as much of an increase as they wanted it to be, therefore a "cut".

                For tax supplies

I use Intuit/Lacerete. Lacerete prints out slip sheets which can be inserted for Personal/Business tax returns, tax payments/estimates and organizers.
