E-file Report Card

Now that e-file season has begun, does anyone have reports on how your software is handling them? Any breakdowns and/or abnormal support delays?

Looking for both good and bad feedback...

I'm using Lacerte. I e-filed my first returns yesterday, and today I received the acknowledgements. Looks like it might go well this year.

Drake

First returns sent to Drake last Friday. Received ACKS on Monday and they have been on normal schedule ever since.

Smooth Sailing

Sent returns to Orrtax on Friday, acknowledgements on Sunday. So far so good.
Interested if Internal Revenue is going to fund refunds within 4-7 days as discussed ?
Anyone seen this yet. Suppose to happen this Fiscal Year.

I'm using ATX....

1st Acks came back on Sunday. Others coming in pretty quick so far. Others are having some problems with bank products, but mine are coming thru pretty quick as well.

I'm using taxslayer pro and have e-filed a couple of returns so far and no problemo.

Filed my first RAL return yesterday; check printed today using DRAKE

No problem atall with my Taxwise software. it always works great.

Two problems though. One was a system wide IRS computer glitch which didn't
recognize many of us who had tested successfully. This caused my first three
returns to vanish and not even show up in Austin service center which in the
meantime, had it's own icy problems to deal with. Still haven't received acks
for those three.
