The organizer is customizable in that each page stands on its own. You do not have to send every page to every client. For example, most clients only need the first and second page with client information and the questionnaire. Itemized deductions is its own page. Schedule C is its own page, Schedule E is its own page, etc. You can send the whole thing, or only the pages you know the client needs. And since they are not numbered or cross referenced to each other, the client would have no idea that you didn’t send them every page.
The PDF of the organizer is on the WebCD, or you can call customer service and they will email one to you.

First you need to scan the form(s) into a program that allows the form to be "text read". When it is completed you will be able to personalize the organizer. Most newer programs have email capibility, some with PDF files. But unless you have a way to password code the email I would not email any personal info.
Almost all tax programs have an organizer and some have PDF capable emails.
What tax program are you using?
OR, you can follow Brad's advise above.Last edited by BOB W; 12-26-2006, 07:18 PM.This post is for discussion purposes only and should be verified with other sources before actual use.
