    Drake Users

    I have been trying to print labels using the 2006 software.With 3 across and 10 down on a letter size sheet I cannot align the names .Drake is unable to help at this point in time. Anyone havng the same problem

      May I suggest using the Drake online support.

      Using your EFIN and the password supplied with your 2006 software package, log on to the support function at www.support.drakesoftware.com

      Then register for the Users Forum as described.

      There are several hundred registered users and I am confident someone has a solution for your problem.

          Be sure you are using the right brand (Avery) and style # of labels (5260). Some of the 3x10 sheets have different edge dimensions that won't work with Drake and you can't get it to adjust to fit. They are all 1 x 2-5/8" labels but the edge distances seem to be different for laser labels, ink jet labels, and the clear labels.
