    Sick Pay

I need some advice on this one.

One of my client's brother passed away in 2004.

I did a final 2004 return for him in February 2005.

My client just found a 2005 W-2 for Sick Pay in his brother's name and social security number.

Seeking some advice on reporting this income.

The W-2 has a "J" code and a zero after it.

Code J indicates "None Taxable", I would ignore the W-2 if Code J includes the entire amount on the W-2.
