I think this has been addressed before, but I wanted to be sure. W-2 & W-3's can now
all be printed on plain paper??
What about 1099's

1099 copy A must be red. Copy B &C can be on white.
W-2s, for about 3 years now, can all be on plain paper. Same with the W-3.,

An even better solution is to efile it. You can efile free on the SSA BSO web site. It also generates copies B, C, D and state copies of the W-2 which you can print on plain white paper.
