Military POA

Does the IRS have a specific form for POA for signing a tax return for their son that is going overseas in the military?

If the attorney draws up a POA for a parent to handle the son's financial affairs and tax returns how does that parent sign? With the parents signature and POA next to it?

Sometimes it seems easier to ask then to look, but I found my answer as far as POA signature: "Taxpayers Name" by "Agents Name", POA
