1041 beneficiary

I have never prepared a fiduciary return with a church as a beneficiary, and wanted to confrim with someone more knowledgeable, that a church who is a one-third residual beneficiary, is issued a K-1 reporting one third of the excess deductions on the first and final Form 1041. Thank you.

Each benficiaries gets K-1s even if a church. .... Unless the will states that it is a donation to be given as opposed to a beneficiary. It appears from your post, that is not the case.
