    Wow.........

    ..... thanks for your response. It was more than I expected, yet exactly what I needed. I have 85 monthly write-ups and plan to introduce them by doing an "annual" for the period ending Sept of each year. I use CSA (creative solution) so I am able to print out a "profitcents" report within CSA's program, it makes gathering info quick and simple for the comparison periods.
