    NY Char500 - waiver

    Anyone have any success requesting a one-time waiver of a CPA financial review for a public charity with over $100,000 in assets?

    My client, the charity had $137K of assets at one point during the year but at year-end Dec 31, only $17K remaining. It'd be quite a hardship for the charity to spend $1000 on a financial review.

      I have an exempt organization with over $ 100,000 in assets. Up until now, I've submitted a compilation and never had any rejections.
