    Business Retirement Plans

    A business owner has 2 seperate businesses. If a retirement plan (such as 401-K or Simple IRA) is set up for one business, does it have to include employees from both businesses or just the one for which the plan is setup?

      What type of entity structure is each business set up in?

          Business Retirement Plans

          Both entities in one situation are S-Corp, & LLCs in another situation. 100% of the ownership is same.
